5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services

• Use our recommendations as guidance only, not as a substitute for legal or regulatory advice

• Maintain full control and responsibility over their own compliance processes

6. Use of Subcontractors

We may occasionally collaborate with trusted third-party professionals to deliver specific services. In these cases, ShiftSafe Media remains responsible for service quality and confidentiality.

7. Confidentiality

Any client materials, operational data, or audit results shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with outside parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
